2. Are all products on Khazanay pre-loved or new?
Most of our products are pre-loved, but we also offer brand-new items. Each item undergoes a thorough quality inspection and Ultra Klean process to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Do you have any physical outlets?
Yes, we have outlets in Karachi and Lahore.

5. What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all orders. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 6 working days all over Pakistan, except on Sundays.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number on the courier’s website to track your order. Alternatively, log in to your account on khazanay.pk, navigate to the "Orders" section, and use the "Track Your Order" option by entering your Order ID and contact number
7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, you can change your delivery address within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping.
9. What is your return policy?
We offer a convenient 7-day return policy. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and with the original tag intact. Customers in Karachi and Lahore can also return items at our outlets.
10. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, fill out the return form provided with your shipment and include it with the item. Use a reliable courier service to send the item back to us.
11. Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges are allowed if the requested product is available in stock and meets our return criteria.
12. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after the returned item is inspected and approved for bank deposits and it will take 24hrs for refunds to proceed at KHAZ Wallet.
13. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
14. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash-on-Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, direct bank transfer, and all major debit/credit cards.
15. Is it safe to make payments on Khazanay?
Yes, we use secure payment gateways to ensure that your transactions are safe and encrypted.
16. How to use KHAZ Wallet?
1. Register Your Account: Go to "My Account" and sign up using the same email address you used to place your order.
2. Check Your Wallet Balance: If you have a balance in your account, a popup will display the available amount in Rs.
3. Add to Cart: After adding an item to your cart, click on the popup to use your Khaz Wallet balance for the order.
4. Apply Wallet Balance: A popup will appear showing the amount in your wallet. Click on it to apply the wallet balance to your order.
5. Automatic Deduction of Delivery Charges: If your wallet balance exceeds the item's price, the delivery charges will be automatically deducted and visible at checkout.
6. Complete Your Order: The wallet balance will be subtracted from the total, and then you can proceed to checkout to complete your order.
17. How can I apply a discount or promo code?
During checkout, enter your promo code in the designated field, and the discount will be applied to your total amount.
18. Are the products on your website authentic?
Yes, all the products on our website are 100% original. We take pride in offering only authentic footwear from top international brands, and every product undergoes a thorough inspection, Ultra Klean process, and strict hygiene protocols to guarantee authenticity, reliability, and cleanliness.

Our team performs a detailed inspection to check for wear, defects, and overall quality before listing pre-loved items.
20. Can I reserve an item for purchase later?
Unfortunately, we do not offer item reservations currently. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
